Update: We remain hopeful that we can hold the 2020 meeting as planned.  We are in contact with the Stanford Sierra Conference Center and are considering safety concerns due to COVID-19.

The meeting will return to a mountain setting and be held in the Tahoe area for the first time ever!  It will be an all-inclusive camp/work/vacation with plenty of time set aside to hike, boat and bicycle around this beautiful area of Fallen Leaf Lake, Desolation Wilderness and Lake Tahoe.

Meeting Information

This years all-inclusive registration rate will include lodging, all meals, breaks, social-hours, audiovisual, wireless internet and the use of on-site recreation facilities:

Getting There:

Stanford Sierra CC is serviced by the Reno-Tahoe International Airport.

Convenient service between Reno-Tahoe International and Stateline / South Lake Tahoe can be found at Reno Tahoe Shuttle Service.

Complimentary shuttle service will be offered from drop-off / pick-up locations in Stateline / South Lake Tahoe to Stanford Sierra CC.

Lodging Information (3 Nights, All Inclusive)

Lodging will be a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom / 1 bath lodge rooms and cabins with shared decks and a mix of private and share baths.   Detailed information will be included in the registration packet, to go live in June, but to give you an early idea of costs fo attending see below:

Lodging Plan 1:  

**1 person per lodge room / private bath, 2 people per 2-bedroom cabin or 3 people per 3-bedroom cabin / shared bath.

Meeting Attendee: $888.00

Spouse / Guest (13 yrs and Up): $355.00

*Children  (3 - 12 yrs): $162.00

Lodging Plan 2:

2 attendees per lodge room, 3 people per 2-bedroom cabin or 4-5 people per 3-bedroom cabin / shared bathroom.  

Meeting Attendee: $747.00

*There is no charge for children under 3 yrs. 

** There is a $216.00 surcharge for private lodging.
